<p>The motivation to lose weight is not just about looking and feeling better. It&#8217;s also about knowing you are healthier inside! One way to stay motivated is to visit your doctor and have blood work drawn just before you begin your new diet. You can go back at regular intervals to see changes in your blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and other important numbers.</p>
<p>If you have been diagnosed with diabetes or another health problem, just going off of your medications and knowing you have eliminated the health risk can be great motivation.</p>

The good news is that many of them are very effective in helping you to change your body shape.</p>
<p>Changing your body shape is a lengthy process, and you must stay dedicated to achieve your goals. A half hearted attempt will not give you the results you are looking for.</p>
<p>Your exercise regime must include all the major muscle group so that you build your body up in proportion. Here are the main ones to concentrate on.</p>
<p>For me, by far the most important group of muscles are in the chest. This is a controversial opinion but one that I stick by.</p>
<p>A strong chest and back will make life much easier for you to achieve the overall results that you are wanting to achieve from the rest of your body. Pull ups and other back exercises will ensure that that you have firm and even muscle distribution.</p>
<p>All the girls love their men to have firm broad shoulders, so make sure you have specific shoulder exercise incorporated into your work out routine.</p>
<p>While we are on this area, don&#8217;t neglect your arms. Remember that there are two muscles groups to work here; triceps and biceps and you have a choice of working on them separately on doing exercises which work both together.</p>
<p>If you want to look great from head to foot, don&#8217;t forget your leg exercises. Don&#8217;t be under the misconception that they will be getting worked anyway, they need specific exercises.</p>
<p>So know you know some of the major muscle groups to work out in order to achieve the results you want. Add in to the mix some running, abs exercise, some for your lower back and also your forearms.</p>
