			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Exercise.&nbsp; It&rsquo;s what the doctor ordered!&nbsp; Research has shown that the benefits of exercise are far-reaching and complex.&nbsp; Weight training exercises are part of that crowd.&nbsp; The purpose of these exercises is to increase muscle strength and definition.&nbsp; The benefits are improved bone density that comes with weight training and improved sense of well-being.</p>
<p>Weight training exercises will also help you look younger, stay fit and be healthy. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Your first stop should be at your doctors.&nbsp; Your physician should be sure that your planned activity doesn&rsquo;t interfere with your current or underlying medical conditions, medications and fits with your current physical condition.</p>
<p>Now you are ready to set goals for your program.&nbsp; Figure out how you are going to measure your progress.&nbsp; Achieving your goals will help to maintain your level of motivation.&nbsp; You can measure goals by the amount of weight you are lifting at each station; measurements of your arms, thighs, abs and buttocks; or weight loss.&nbsp; Do you want to be buff or lose weight?</p>
<p>Set a time frame for your goals but be flexible!&nbsp; Understand that there will be setbacks, because you are human and we all have set backs.&nbsp; You haven&rsquo;t failed if you haven&rsquo;t reached your goals in a specified period of time. You have only reached a yellow light.&nbsp; If you keep moving then the light will change and you&rsquo;ll keep moving forward.&nbsp; The real goal is a lifetime of health and fitness.&nbsp; It isn&rsquo;t achieved overnight and it doesn&rsquo;t disappear if you haven&rsquo;t met a deadline. It does however, disappear if you quit your program because you become discouraged. Failure only happens when you stop trying.</p>
<p>Many trainers suggest that you keep a training diary.&nbsp; This will help to record your measurements, your goals and your progress.&nbsp; Watching the changes over time will also help to maintain your motivation.&nbsp; Sometimes it is difficult to see changes when they are small but when you record them in a diary they are evident when you read through the history of your workouts.</p>
<p>Another way to keep you motivation when performing a weight training exercise program is to get a partner.&nbsp; Someone who is interested in the same goals you are and who can help to motivate you when you are too tired to get to the gym and workout.&nbsp; Weight training exercises with a partner will also help you to stay with a structured date and time approach.</p>
<p>Weight training exercises should be done in a slow and deliberate fashion. Never swing the weights.&nbsp; And faster is not better.&nbsp; In fact, slower is better!&nbsp; Making the muscles contract and stretch slowly in weight training exercises will help them to improve faster and will cut down on your risk of injury.</p>
<p>Always warm up before lifting weights.&nbsp; It may not seem as though you need to warm your muscles before doing a workout that isn&rsquo;t cardiovascular but without warming up you risk injury.</p>
<p>Rest for a full day between workouts.&nbsp; In other words, lift weights every other day.&nbsp; Your muscles need approximately 48 hours to heal fibers and build stronger muscle tissue.&nbsp; If you do decide to do weight training exercises every day never train the same muscle groups two or more days in a row.&nbsp; You may decide to do upper bodywork one day and lower bodywork the next.&nbsp; By doing weight-training exercises every day you will increase your risk for injury and significantly decrease any improvement you might have in your weight-training program.</p>
<p>Weight training exercise can be fun and can be used to improve your strength, flexibility and intensity of your other workouts.&nbsp; Weight training also helps to decrease bone loss due to aging.&nbsp; There are multiple uses and benefits to these programs.&nbsp; The best part is they are fun and show lots of improvement in your exercise programs.</p>

These hollow spaces are the sinuses and they act as a passage between the nasal cavity and the nostrils. So what is sinusitis? Sinusitis is an inflammation or swelling of the sinuses. Common symptoms include pain or pressure in the face, nasal obstruction or blockage, and a thick post-nasal drip. Those suffering from sinusitis may also experience headaches, a fever, or feel fatigued.</p>
<p>If the nose is not cleared then the sinus pressure felt more strongly in the forehead and often misdiagnosed as headache becomes unbearable and relief is the only thought on the mind of the sufferer. Traditionally, people with front forehead pressure from sinusitis were told to steam their sinuses by boiling water in a kettle and by using a towel wrapped around the head to inhale the steam. Because of the location of the sinus pressure, many sufferers use aspirin that is meant for headaches and really does nothing to unplug the sinus cavities.</p>
<p>Alternating between a warm and cold compress to the head and face alleviates the symptom of the sinus pressure that you feel. Star with a warm compress for a few minutes than use the cold compress continue the process for at least twenty minutes. It helps to loosen the mucus and relieves the swelling to allow the mucus to flow freely.</p>
<p>One option to relieve the sinus pressure and nasal congestion associated with sinusitis is to flush the sinuses with a homemade saline solution. Saline solution can be made by combining one-fourth teaspoon of salt, one-eighth teaspoon of baking soda, and 4 ounces of warm water. Using a bulb syringe, you can flush your nose two to four times per day. This can greatly help to alleviate nasal congestion and help the nose to drain.</p>
<p>There are many remedies available to one suffering from sinus trouble. First of all its important to stay in a place where plenty of fresh air is available. The rooms where one stays should not be too cool or too warm. It is also important to undertake regular exercises so as to keep the body healthy. It is important to take plenty of cool liquids like water and fruit juices and to avoid alcohol intake or take it moderately. Inhaling hot water vapor is a welcome remedy so is being in hot compresses, saunas and even steam rooms.</p>
<p>Staying in a clean environment is paramount. If the air outside your compound is not quality, ensure that you are indoors. There are many jokes that describe your love handles in a funny way. There are a lot of super funny ways to excuse the fact that you weigh more than you should. Many people are mortified and embarrassed about their love handles. Having that flab hanging over the top of your jeans can be unnerving and I&#8217;m sure you don&#8217;t like it either. Even the cutest name for those love handles doesn&#8217;t prevent those with a &#8220;muffin top&#8221; from trying to down play it. Fortunately for you love handles don&#8217;t have to be forever. Getting is shape with the tips and tricks below will help you get rid of those love handles.</p>
<p>As you already know, exercise is the most effective way to get rid of love handles. You probably know that not every exercise will work for what you need done. In order to reduce body fat you must focus on aerobic exercise. This type of exercise gets your blood pumping and increases your heart rate. You will burn more fat with aerobic exercise because it requires more energy which forces your body to begin burning fat stores to gain energy during workouts. A good habit to get into is exercising aerobically a minimum of three times per week for at least 30 minutes. You will burn more fat if you choose to increase that number to 4 or 5 each week.</p>
<p>Add weight training to supplement the other forms of exercise and help tone your new body. Weight training is beneficial even though it won&#8217;t burn fat as fast as other methods. Weight training will increase your muscle mass and metabolism making your other routines easier to complete. You will burn fat faster with each increase in metabolism.</p>
<p>Never get sucked into the guarantees of supplements that don&#8217;t really benefit your weight loss. These are never true. You need a routine that includes anaerobic, aerobic and weight training in order to truly benefit from your desire to lose your love handles. You should focus on one exercise if your desire is to build muscle behind those love handles. You will see them turn more prominent and perky. You are trying to lose them right? So why would you want to see this problem happen?</p>
<p>These not so lovely pockets of fat we refer to as love handles are embarrassing. Choose to get rid of them, cause thankfully you are not stuck with them. There are many many ways you can reduce or eliminate that extra weight around the mid section. Shedding unwanted pounds is easy with diet and exercise. Miracle cures do not exist don&#8217;t believe anyone who tries to tell you otherwise. It takes hard work and patience to drop excess weight. At some point you will return to the body you have always wanted to have.</p>

Its our responsibility to preserve, protect our body from any thing or any condition that deteriorates health maintain hygienic practices like cleanliness, sanitation, etc to protect one&rsquo;s body from disease.</p>
<p>It is also said that the presence of pathogenic organisms is a state of being unhealthy; a disease/illness state.&nbsp; One must have great concern and awareness of self as a whole. Healthy diet, healthy practices all can contribute greatly to sound health of an individual. Good nutrition, rest and sleep in adequate proportions, balance between one&rsquo;s work and environment as well as surrounding are all the essentials of a fit &amp; healthy body. Moreover one can add shine to one&rsquo;s body by practicing Yoga and Meditation in daily life.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Until now, we saw how our body becomes healthy; how we stay healthy but still a body needs something that makes it a sound one &ndash; that&rsquo;s the sound mind.&nbsp;</p>
<p>A sound mind is one that is free of all mental worries and tensions that stays cool, understands the reality and thus maintains equilibrium with his environment.</p>
