Welcome to my new S61XL mass gain program! This series is for the hardcore intermediate or advanced bodybuilders who wants to gain muscle and is willing to work hard to get it.  If your gains have stagnated and you are having trouble making progress this series is for you! If you hate coming up with workouts but still want to work out hard, this series is for you! The videos in this series are complete workouts, just press play and follow along. </p>
<p>Please do not attempt these S61XL workouts unless you have been weight lifting five days a week for at least a year. Beginners would be much better off with my beginning workout plan. It takes time to build up the tendons and joints to withstand this kind of punishment and you will get injured if you start this program before your body is ready. I&#8217;m going to focus on some unusual workouts that even a pro bodybuilder would find challenging. Most bodybuilders make the mistake of not mixing their workouts up enough and get stuck in the three-sets-of-eight rut or the one-rep-max rut. Its best to do these workouts at home but do them at a gym if thats your only option. Home is much better because you can completely eliminate the wasted time running between machines or waiting for equipment. These workouts are designed so that they only require inexpensive used weights, nothing fancy. I guarantee you that if you incorporate these unusual workouts into your training program once a month or so you will see an increase in your gains. Please make sure your expectations are reasonable though!</p>
<p>For best results, dont use these workouts every week but rather use them at most once a month. A good workout plan for an advanced bodybuilder might be to workout every bodypart once a week and to follow this progression</p>
<p>Week 1 &#8211; Lift heavy, work on one rep max and low rep sets (under 5 reps)</p>
<p>Week 2 &#8211; Normal, 3 sets of 8 workouts</p>
<p>Week 3 &#8211; Drop sets on every exercise &#8211; 3 sets of 8, no rest drop 25% weight &amp; do 8 more reps, drop another 25% weight and do final 8 reps</p>
<p>Week 4 &#8211; Do S61XL workout</p>
<p>This insures that each muscle is constantly being bombarded and confused, a very old technique but just as valuable today as it was 200 years ago.</p>

Diets that forbid entire sections of the food pyramid or suggest very low calorie intake are dangerous and unhealthy, and will not help with long-term weight loss.</p>
<p>For example, any diet that promises miraculous weight loss or involves the use of meal replacements or diet pills should be avoided. A safe diet plan encourages you to eat nourishing healthy foods while focusing on portion control and wise food choices.</p>
<p>Watch your calories. The National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute of the National Institutes of Health conducted a study and found that a heart healthy, low calorie diet will help you not only lose weight, but keep it off no matter what percentage of your calories come from fats or carbs. This means that a safe diet plan is one that includes heart healthy choices but you don&#8217;t have to severely restrict your intake of cabs or fats.</p>
<p>If you love pasta or beef, don&#8217;t deprive yourself of your favorite foods. Instead, choose whole grain pastas and small portions of lean beef like tenderloin. Use heart-healthy fats like olive oil to prepare your food, and balance any high-calorie items with low-calorie side dishes.</p>
<p>Vegetables and fruits should make up a large part of your menu. Limit meat and pasta because they are higher calorie foods. Fill up on healthy vegetables because they are good for you and you can eat a lot and still not consume very many calories. Focusing on vegetables and fruits in your diet is the cornerstone of a safe diet plan.</p>
<p>A reason that fruit and vegetables are an important part of a great diet plan is because they contain a lot of fiber and will keep you feeling full longer than eating other types of foods. So you can eat more for fewer calories and feel full longer, plus you will be eating in a healthy way. Get more veggies by snacking on them during the day and devote one third of your plate to vegetables and fruits during each meal.</p>
<p>Learn portion control. You don&#8217;t have to obsess over calories, but a safe diet plan includes learning about portion control that will limit your calories naturally. Use measuring cups until you are able to judge portions by sight alone. For example, the USDA defines a serving of pasta as being one half cup or a handful. A serving of meat is equal to a deck of playing cards or about three ounces.</p>
<p>It is easy to consume more servings than you realize and all of those calories add up. A great diet plan is to stick to one or two servings of carbs and protein each meal and fill the rest of your plate with vegetables. Be sure to cook your vegetables in a healthy way like grilling or steaming.</p>
<p>A safe diet plan includes a wide variety of foods. The American Heart Association emphasizes eating foods from each food group and a variety of foods in order to derive the most nutritional value and to keep your diet lively and interesting.</p>
<p>A safe diet plan includes proteins on a rotating basis like beef, chicken, fish, beans, and lentils. For carbohydrates, you can choose pasta, quinoa, and brown rice. For a great diet plan, add a lot of locally grown fresh produce into your diet when it is in season. Prevent boredom with your diet, vary your food choices. The attacking players have a slight advantage of movement when maneuvering the ball among the opponents.</p>
<p> When the players keep the body flexible, their movement is increased and there are no chances of injuries. During practice, injury prevention is always the main concern. Flexibility is crucial in situations where due to increased running and training, the muscles feel exhausted and the playing posture is affected. After that, cooling down the body with specific exercises causes recovery.</p>
<p> Due to less or no flexibility in soccer coaching, fitness is greatly affected. Increased flexibility can also help you build strength through a larger range of movement. Flexibility also leads to increase in speed. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The term guru is sort of overused these days. Everyone claims to be a guru, but who really is? Is it Vince Delmonte, author of No Nonsense Body Shaping program? Is Shannon Clark, the co-author, a fitness guru?</p>
<p>It was not that long ago, that Vince was known as Skinny Vinny. He was the guy in the gym that worked hard to build muscle, copied all the body builders and even spent more time then them in the gym. He tried protein shakes and weight gain cocktails. He went through supplements like candy and still, never had any bodybuilding results.</p>
<p>He finally had to realize what worked for most simply did not work for his body type. His body was not designed to build mass. He had to find a way to trick his body and build muscle regardless of his genetics. In fact, he learned how to work with his genetics. He also realized the supplement industry had been lying to him!</p>
<p>After he spent much time learning about body types, he found out what would be most effective for him and along the way, most effective for any body type. Now, he has less than 8% body fat and he is lean, ripped and sexy. However, this does not necessarily mean he is a guru unless he can help everyone, right?</p>
<p>Sure, the skinny fellows could copy exactly what he did and see results. They could eat the same muscle-building foods and follow the same progressive overload exercises and if they stay committed, they too can see killer results.</p>
<p>What if you are the opposite? What if you gain fat every time you look at a cheeseburger? Can Vince help this body type? There is a good chance he is a guru, because he is in fact, helping this body type as well. And this is a very common body type in our society!</p>

Over 3 and a half years, I lost over 20lbs of muscle. Now at 23, I am starting up again and will go back to my previous weight and beyond. I started on Monday February 8th, 2010.
