We have a heavy shooting schedule for the next several days and will be releasing a number of new DVDs in early November. As a result we won’t be able to deal with comments in a timely manner. You will hear ALL the experts say, that rounding your back during deadlifts is the way to lower back problems – and look at Konstantin Konstanov. One of the best deadlifters in the world, and it doesn’t look like he’s experiencing problems using that technique.
