The Main Muscles To Hit Up When At The Gym

If you are just embarking on a new exercise regime, or looking for one that will push you harder, you don’t need me to tell you that there are literally thousands of them out there to choose from. The good news is that many of them are very effective in helping you to change your body shape.

Changing your body shape is a lengthy process, and you must stay dedicated to achieve your goals. A half hearted attempt will not give you the results you are looking for.

Your exercise regime must include all the major muscle group so that you build your body up in proportion. Here are the main ones to concentrate on.

For me, by far the most important group of muscles are in the chest. This is a controversial opinion but one that I stick by.

A strong chest and back will make life much easier for you to achieve the overall results that you are wanting to achieve from the rest of your body. Pull ups and other back exercises will ensure that that you have firm and even muscle distribution.

All the girls love their men to have firm broad shoulders, so make sure you have specific shoulder exercise incorporated into your work out routine.

While we are on this area, don’t neglect your arms. Remember that there are two muscles groups to work here; triceps and biceps and you have a choice of working on them separately on doing exercises which work both together.

If you want to look great from head to foot, don’t forget your leg exercises. Don’t be under the misconception that they will be getting worked anyway, they need specific exercises.

So know you know some of the major muscle groups to work out in order to achieve the results you want. Add in to the mix some running, abs exercise, some for your lower back and also your forearms.
