@rjksoccer06 This … @rjksoccer06 This is fine with light weights- It’s like arm circles- but guaranteed this could not be done with heavy weights- Most people feel nothing in their shoulders- if they do these first, with light weights and then do your presses- this will stimulate the shoulders, and warm them up before the real work begins.

Vic..are you sure … Vic..are you sure this is okay for your shoulders by turning the weights in a circle? I heard from another trainer that you should only do raises straight ahead or side to side (never both in one motion) or else you can strain or tear muscles or cartilage. Thanks
Great video mate. … Great video mate. When I do my routine, my biceps feel knackered and exhausted. Like lifting heavy things can be difficult and they hurt when lifting a heavy weight.

This is a great … This is a great workout. I did 5 deltoid workouts at the gym last night, and this one made me feel the pump. I did about 5 sets of 12 for it.
