Victor you are a pro that’s why you can do that. Just as a professional chef, they really never count the time to know if the food is ready, or they never measure the amount of salt and additives they use.. they just feel and know when to stop.. they taste it and know.. but never count or measure.. just like you.. all natural..

Victor is SO right …
Victor is SO right about not counting reps. Too many people go into a set with a number of reps already in their head. Just complete the set by doing as many reps as you can. You’ll know when it’s time to increase the weight.
