My point is, you shouldn’t limit your growth in fear of injuries, if you are NOT experiencing any problems with full range of motion.

u are training ur …
u are training ur chest, am i right. now then when u go more incline the chest wil still be trained but they wil be trained more and more at the top of the chest. when u are sitting down and we do a schoulder press (ore standing if u preferr) u train ur schoulders.

when u are doing push ups also try to get some variation in there:

reg. push-ups
small push-ups (hands on top of each other)
ex. wide push-ups

and to train the upper part of the chest, try placing ur feed higher.

first off all sorry for my english i’m from holland and having a though time on the grammer. (even my own language)

i think that u are overdoing the protien shake’s just take normal amounts and try some of the following excersizes:

u are doing chin-ups which i think are 1 of the best work-out exercises. but also try small and wide pull-ups. more variaton = more muscles and parts of muscles to train.

before i tell u some about different push-ups, i tell u this: when u are doing bench press

bro just relax, stop taking so much protien, your 17, you will naturally grow….keep doing pullups alot of them…and pushups….i make my clients do only pul and push for 2 months before i take them to the gym…lol woops did i just let the secret out about weight training….

No you won’t, …
No you won’t, muscle grows when you rest fron your exercise. If you do chins everyday, your body won’t have time to adapt to that stimulus and won’t grow.
You need between 48 to 72 hours to recover from intense exercise.
And you certainly don’t need 300 grams of protein a day.
My advice is: take time to rest between exercising, eat right, you dont need 300 grs. of protein, and if you can, have a fitness instructor to design you a program and go see a nutritionist for a balanced diet.

i wanted this guy a question u seem to know what ur doing

im 17 years old 175 cm and 53 kilos im trying to get ripped and build muscle and im doing lots of chin ups a day and push ups and crunches

and i bought protien shake and i take more then the usual serving , more like double the serving but all up im taking 300 grams a day
is that ok? will i gain faster and muscle by doing this??

IMO smoking a bit …
IMO smoking a bit of MJ once and a while isnt a bad thing. it does not alter testosterone levels and increases the amount of blood and oxygen flow to the muscles. but too much probably isnt a great idea.

pot will just make your cardio abit worse, and alchohol wont really make a difference unless you drinking like over 8 beers a night, like 3 beers a night is actually good and will help build muscle

I don’t think so buddy.. Pot is something you definitely shouldn’t be doing while training, same with smoking and alcohol.. I have a few friends who actually were over weight and smoked pot regularly and now there really skinny

I recomend you gain fast universal, its a nice weight gainer, but you gotta train really hard at gym every day 6 times a week so you dont go chubby
